Do You Want To Lose Weight Easily?

Do you want to lose weight easily? I know that's a stupid question. The majority of people want to shed those excess pounds but are having difficulty doing it. Usually, it is caused by a sluggish or slowing down metabolism due to age.

Well, to help speed up your metabolism Japanese researchers have discovered that by chewing each bite of food 40 times will do the trick!.

It seems that people who increased  the number of times they chew their food they burned more calories after every meal.  The extra chewing causes more blood to flow to the stomach which helps to speed up your metabolism.

This is an easy and painless way to burn calories. So start chewing

Slow Aging By Eating Peanuts!

Yes, that's right, you can slow aging by eating peanuts.
You all have probably heard of “Resveratrol”, it's a flavonoid that is found in foods like- red wine, grape juice, and red skinned peanuts!
It helps protect the cells against age damage and also helps boost the flow of blood to the brain. Interestingly enough by just eating a quarter cup of peanuts will provide 100% of your niacin needs, which is a nutrient that has been proven to reduce Alzheimer's risk as much as 70%.

Snacking on peanuts also helps curb the appetite and aids in shedding pounds. Now don’t overdo it because of the calorie content in peanuts, but just eating 40 peanuts as a snack is equivalent to an ounce which is acceptable to just about any diet.
Peanuts are also a good source of protein and there is a variety to choose from.

I wrote this in June of 2014 for another site and am reposting it to my Blog. An oldie but a goodie, especially with summer upon us.

protein by aiming to consume at least 20 grams of protein at each meal can help you with a

A beauty company paid scientist to uncover secrets of beautiful skin, they found that
getting more protein into your diet makes the skin less fragile- and it remarkably

If you want to help along with fighting wrinkles you can take a natural herb called
“cowslip” this herb helps improve facial skin and fights against wrinkles.

Many health food stores may or may not carry it, but you will be able to purchase it online.
