Hot Flashes

Did you know that natural herbs can help deal with hot flashes. Many women suffer from them and some men do as well. If you don't care for medications as I do, I  go back to nature and use natural herbs.

Sitting To Long Is Bad For Your Health

Whether you have a desk job or are otherwise not very active, and 
 prolonged periods of sitting may be unavoidable to you but chances are you are
 probably sitting while you are reading this.
Research that has been conducted shows that sitting for long periods of
 time can he harmful to your health and can actually cause obesity,
 cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and kidney disease.
The best defense- is to move more.  Get up from sitting, stretch, and move.
Walk, climb stairs, just move. 
Your health depends on it.

The Silent Disease

It is called the silent disease” and most commonly associated with
 menopausal women. Women are diagnosed with low bone density or
But, the disease doesn’t only attack women- one in four men older than 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis. 
This is a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and
 fragile from loss of bone tissue.
Getting enough of vitamin D naturally or by supplement form plus
 diet will help. Oily fish, and fortified milk are the way to go.
Weight bearing exercise such as walking, climbing stairs, and jogging
 will help build  and maintain strong bones and slow bone loss.

Are You In Pain?

People who are in relationships and having problems are in pain. They-fight, walk away, have tantrums etc.. But these actions aren’t the answer.
Most relationships can be might thinks its hard or impossible
 but its true. There is always hope.
Ladies will take guys back and vice a its possible. Even the women
who are clingy and high maintenance, and the guys who lie and even cheat.
Couples get back together everyday and for every situation, so you see...its possible.
Even the two women in my book Rambling Brook.....had men issues.
 They just choose different ways to deal with it.

Dealing With Heart Palpitations

Remedies For Treating Sties

The eyes have a many  glands located at the edge and under the upper eyelid, these glands secrete tears that produce sweat and oils keeping the eyelashes well lubricated.
When the glands is exposed to bacteria- the most common bacteria is streptococcus and staphylococcus and an infection will usually occur.
The symptoms: inflamed tissues surrounding the gland turning red and a pimple or bump appears. It can produce a yellow abscess and is it painful and tender to the touch.
Home remedies are effective to help reduce the pain and speed up the healing. A natural essential oil such as - tea tree oil is both anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial making it a very useful remedy for sties.
Just soak a cotton ball wring it out and carefully apply to the skin of the eye being careful not to get any of the oil in the eye.

Natural Remedies Treating PMS

Women have all experienced PMS at one time or another and it is an uncomfortable and trying experience. But using natural methods will help ease your symptoms and avoid you using chemical prescriptions.

PMS is the drastic hormonal fluctuation that causes during the menstrual cycle a variety of physical and emotional changes that are very uncomfortable.
